Specialist, eCommerce Marketing

Salary Range: $75,029 - $103,165 (DOE)Summary and Qualifications: Responsible for the day-to-day marketing, with a focus on performance and optimization, of the eCommerce experience to support online sales across all digital platforms.Essential Responsibilities and Tasks:

Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.

Lead the day-to-day creation and execution of eCommerce marketing.

Work with Sr. Manager and team on strategy, planning and operationalization maximizing customer engagement to drive conversion.

Conduct customer analytics – identify who is on the site and what are they buying, including price and promo sensitivity (working with Banfield specialists).

Create a site experience that optimizes search functionality, merchandising, product information and recommendations (if appropriate) – generate UX ideas and test plan.

Initiate testing to support eCommerce strategies and gather Client learnings.

Generate sales and site performance dashboards, highlighting KPIs and perform analysis with recommendations.

Recommend innovation in the eCommerce space by keeping up on digital marketing trends.

Implement systems and processes and/or operational improvements to better align and enhance efficiency between eCommerce site, call center and hospital operations.

Work with eCommerce team and external departments on optimizing order capture and fulfillment.

Forecast and budget sales in conjunction with Sr. Manager.

Coordinate catalog expansion with formulary team (as necessary).

Other job duties as assigned.

Special Working Conditions:

Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time.

Project timelines and work volume/deadlines may often require more than 40 hours per week to complete essential duties of this job.

Must have mental processes for reasoning, remembering, mathematics and language ability (reading, writing, and speaking the English language) to perform the duties proficiently.

Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form and to solve problems involving several variables.

Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb as well as manipulate (lift, carry, move) up to 50 pounds.

Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm-hand-finger dexterity with the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard and operate necessary equipment.

The noise level in the work environment is normally moderate.

Environment where pets are present.

Experience, Education and/or Training:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Five years of experience with Marketing, eCommerce, Project Management and/or Program Management are required.

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional partners is required.

Demonstrated ability of being detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple projects at once, adept at dealing with ambiguity, and forward thinking is required.

Experience with eCommerce (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) is preferred.
