We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Front Office Showroom Representative at our landscape supply yard. This position will involve assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
Assisting customers with inquiries and orders.
Data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Providing general administrative support to the office team.
Invoice and scheduling deliveries.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel preferred).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in an office environment preferred but not required.
Willingness to work weekend shifts.
