Construction Technician/worker/lead-
At Steve's Home Services, we complete a wide variety construction projects for our clients. Remodels, Additions, Builds, Design, Updating, etc and we are searching for an experienced individual to join our company. An ideal candidate will be energetic, and have a strong drive to get things done. Have pride in what they do and want to grow with company. It is equally important that you have flexibility, positive attitude, and be reliable and motivated. The position is hard work We are looking for a HARDWORKER! Steve's Home Services is willing to train you, if you are a good fit. We are busy year round and usually have projects scheduled out a few months. THIS WOULD BE PART TIME TO START until your skill level and ability to follow directions of how we want a job to be done is established.
Qualifications:
- Have construction experience, and be driven to complete tasks/ jobs.
- Have at least basic tools and reliable transportation. (truck preferred to haul materials)
- Not afraid to learn and take on all types of construction projects.
- Have excellent attendance and be on time.
Job Types: Experienced - Training starts out part time until you are able to work in to more hours being a benefit

Pay: $18.00 - $40.00 per hour DOE
Note: A new hire will need to undergo an initial 'assessment rate' to identify skill set and worth. This would be a two week time period to work through several scenarios showing ability then we will pay you according to what you are able to do. The better you listen, can follow the boss's directions and prove your skill level the more you will be able to earn.
We are looking for a lead as well and it could be that we develop your skills and you work in to that position. This allows for the opportunity to make more money. Please send resume for review.
