DUTIES
- Installation and servicing of refrigeration, HVAC, and air conditioning systems.
- Installation, rebuilding, replacement, or repair of fans, motors, thermostats, fuses, filters, bearings, valves, controls, gaskets, and other equipment as necessary.
- Identify maintenance risks on equipment.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
- Respond to service calls and perform emergency repairs as needed
- Maintain related records concerning time, labor and materials.
- Maintain log of tasks performed and write reports as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
NOTE: This is not solely a maintenance or installation tech position. Refrigeration and ductwork experience are necessary, as well as a HVAC service background.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
- Proven experience as a Refrigeration/HVAC Technician or similar role (Required).
-HVAC: 4-5 years (Required)
-HVAC/R: 4-5 years (Required)
- Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems related to HVAC equipment.
- Service background in HVAC, HVAC/R, and related systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION
- EPA Type II (Required)

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
