Pay Range:$62,000 – $114,000/year (DOE) + Sign-On Bonus

Sunrise Energy Systems is hiring a HVAC Service Technician to independently run all service calls. This is a hands-on, field-focused role perfect for a skilled technician who wants autonomy without the burden of team management.

What You’ll Do
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems (heat pumps, ductless, gas furnaces, etc.)
Be the sole service technician—handling all fieldwork
Communicate clearly with customers and document service calls
Maintain job quality and cleanliness to company standards
Collaborate directly with management to improve tools, processes, and scheduling
Attend occasional training and team meetings

Qualifications
2+ years of HVAC service experience (residential preferred)
Strong knowledge of HVAC diagnostics and repair
EPA Certification required
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Able to lift 30+ lbs and work in crawlspaces/attics
Excellent communication and customer service skills
