Responsibilities:

-Provide excellent 5 Star Customer Service to both internal and external customers

-Lead and manage excavation team on job sites

-Ensure the high-quality workmanship of your team

-Prioritize safety at all times

-Maintain all equipment and service vehicles

Qualifications:

-Must have pipe laser experience

-Must have 4-6 years experience in excavation

-Current and valid driver's license - must be insurable

-Dedicated to delivering 5 Star Customer Service

-Excellent communication skills; written & verbal

-Take pride in your work & company equipment

-Comfortable in using technology, including smartphones/tablets, GPS & email

-Capable in working in tight spaces and comfortable with ladders/lifts

-Be able to lift/move 50lbs

-Able to read, write & speak English

-Legally authorized to work in the United States
