Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise a team of installers in the construction and assembly of various structures

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

- Fabricate and assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and machinery

- Operate a forklift to move materials and equipment as needed

- Perform mechanical tasks such as soldering, pipe threading, and plasma cutting

- Rig and lift heavy objects using appropriate equipment and techniques

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the installation process

Qualifications

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a lead installer or similar role

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

- Ability to fabricate and assemble components with precision

- Familiarity with operating a forklift and other relevant machinery

- Knowledge of pipe threading, soldering, plasma cutting, and machining techniques

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work well in a team environment and lead a team effectively
