America’s largest window replacement company is seeking new LEAD INSTALLER. We are only looking for a top-notch installer who is capable of producing a high-quality product. What do we mean when we say we want a “top-notch” installer? Just the basics, but done well: tight miters, clean caulking, straight liner cutbacks, etc. If you’re the best, we’ve got a long-term home for you with a solid, stable company.
Job responsibilities will include:
-Installation of windows, sliding glass doors and entry doors
-General carpentry and finish carpentry
-Jobsite cleanup and other general labor
Qualifications:
-3+ years of replacement window experience with fine craftsmanship and attention to detail
-Clean, professional appearance and attitude
-Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work off ladders
-Willingness and ability to learn new skills and techniques
-Valid driver’s license
We are BUSY, and stay busy year-round. Expect full-time (and overtime) even during the winter months.

We offer excellent medical/dental benefits after 60 days, and opportunity for advancement. Pay is weekly, $30-$38/hour depending on experience and skill level. We also offer an additional attendance bonus. We are primarily a nailfin replacement shop, with the occasional block frame/retrofit job. We do a moderate amount of jobs requiring new liner and casing, so good carpentry skills are important.
