Immediate opening for HVAC Lead Installer for the Pierce & King County area, must have 2 yrs minimum installing AC split systems, package units, heat pumps, electric furnaces, ductless mini splits and 80% up to 98% Gas furnaces.
Looking for a Lead Installer
All tools provided; you will be responsible for them and cover the cost to replace if damaged or stolen.
You're welcome to use any tools you have as well.
Work independently without supervision.

Transit Van provided with all the tools to do the job. This position will require travel between various properties.
You will need to pick up equipment at the supply house between 7-8 am.
Understand schematic diagrams, blueprints and other specifications.
You must be well groomed, respectable looking, have a friendly personality and punctual.
This is a PT position and you will be on call. Please be available to be reached during and after business hours with respect of your personal time.
We would like you to be available at least 3 to 4 days a week during the week. Your day will be within the hours of 7am to 7pm. Up to 31 hours per week.
Must be in good physical condition, lift at least 50lbs; duties involved are bending at awkward positions, be in tight spots such as crawl spaces and attics, climb ladders up to 15 ft, kneeling and standing long times.
Company will provide uniform.
You will be a W2 employee
Paid bi-weekly.
Pay will Depend on Experience/Highly competitive hourly wages
Please be drug and alcohol free as it will not be tolerated. If we suspect you being under the influence on the job then you'll be let go immediately.
Drug screening is required for pre-hire and there will be randoms during time of employment.

Our growing HVAC company is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the HVAC field.
As our Installer, you will have the ability to do the job from start to finish. If you get stuck we can have someone come help. We would like someone who is confident and has the ability to lead. You will need to know how to install thermostats, AC, Heat Pumps Ductless,Gas furnaces all efficiencies.If you can install other systems, that will be a plus
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Installer
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
