Sales and Delivery Lead

Valholl Brewing in Poulsbo, Wa is hiring for a sales / delivery lead.

Job Description:

 Responsible for Delivering Draft and Case Beer to Accounts

 Planning and scheduling delivery route to ensure on time deliveries

 Creating invoices, and receiving on time and proper forms of payments

 Responsible for Contacting Sales Accounts and Taking Orders

 Maintain a list of accounts, the main contact person and contact

preferences, phone, text, email.

 Contact accounts weekly to request orders

 Sales Lead must have a working knowledge of Valholl Brewery beers and

be able to describe, explain and sell the beers to accounts

 Must understand the beers that are available to sell each week and their

prices using weekly Beer Inventory and Beer Pricing spreadsheets

Follow the allocations set forth in the weekly Beer Inventory to prevent taking orders for beers not available or

with limited availability

 Must be available for deliveries every friday

 Must be able to lift kegs

Additional Responsibilities:

 Have a willingness and flexible schedule to take on shifts as a beer-tender pouring beer for the taproom, events, and festivals.

 a mast permit and food handlers card is required. Can obtain within 90 days of employment.
