Location: Local Seattle/Kirkland area company expanding to new locations in King and Snohomish County

Job Summary:

We are looking for a sales professional with integrity and loyalty, aiming for long-term employment. This role requires an outgoing, professional, and self-driven individual ready to enhance our community presence and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Open the store reliably on time from Thursday to Monday.

Deliver outstanding customer service both in-person and over the phone.

Learn and master all aspects of the hot tub and spa industry.

Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Consistently follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.

Requirements:

Ability to work weekends required.

Valid Washington State driver's license with current vehicle insurance.

Reliable transportation.

Proven communication and organizational skills.

Previous sales experience or a strong desire to start a career in sales.

Experience in selling high-ticket items or in the spa & hot tub industry is a plus.

Eagerness to learn product information for effective sales and training.

Professional demeanor in speaking, writing, and appearance.

Engaging and fun personality, responsible work habits.

Self-motivated and ambitious, with a strong team spirit.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive base salary with the potential to earn over $100K through commissions.
