Are you creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about real estate? Join our team as a home stager and play a key role in helping us stage homes to sell quickly and for top dollar. As a Real Estate Home Stager, you will work closely with our staging team to prepare properties for sale, create stunning visual displays, and showcase each home's unique features.
Responsibilities:
-Assist in the setup and arrangement of furniture, decor, and accessories
-Make beds, set up lighting, and hang artwork
-Assemble furniture on occasion
-Assist with packing, unpacking, loading, and unloading of staging items on site and at our staging warehouse
-Prepare and organize staging inventory in the warehouse, including furniture, artwork, and decorative items.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-An interest in design
-Ability to lift 30-40 lbs
-Previous experience in interior design, home staging, or a related field preferred but not required
-An eye for design and attention to detail
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and pivot quickly from one task to the next
-Driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to various properties as needed are a must
-Positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn and grow in the role
-Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction once established in the role
