Entry Level Account Manager – Relocation Department (NOT REMOTE)

Position is full-time. In office only. $41,600k yearly. Sales incentives available.

OVERVIEW:

Busy, regional real estate company is looking for an Account Manager to support its Relocation Department. The Relocation Account Manager is responsible for the service, maintenance and productivity of relocation accounts by entering, assigning and updating incoming and outgoing referrals and company generated leads. They work closely with the agents to promote and support all outgoing referrals and assist the Relocation Director in developing strategies that will contribute to the growth and servicing of referral business. Additionally, the relocation account manager assists as needed in covering for the relocation director on Corporate Relocation and Affinity business segments.

EMPLOYEE QUALIFICATIONS:

- Extremely comfortable with basic online technology (websites, Google searches, portal navigation), data entering & reports generation.

- Knowledge of real estate transactions preferred but not required.

- Exceptional organizational skills.

- Strong attention to accuracy.

- Independent problem-solving ability.

- Ability to re-prioritize tasks as needed.

- Comfortable calling prospects.

- Desire for leadership and personal development.

- Goal oriented.

- Professional demeanor and attitude.

- Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office products & Canva (preferred).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Reports to Relocation Director.

- Receives and assigns all incoming and outgoing requests.

- Conducts online searches to identify possible partnering brokerages for customers referrals.

- Proactively follows up with agents for status updates to keep files current.

- Ensures commission disbursements are accurate and promptly remitted to admins.

- Keeps manager advised of operational problems and/or agent problems in a timely manner.

- Takes initiative to contact prospects as outlined by various business segment rules.

- Supports and promotes outgoing referrals through campaigns, recognition, bulletins and creates simple marketing flyers.

- Attends meetings and trainings as required.

- Reviews metrics with Relocation Director monthly to focus on achieving goals.

- Understands and supports company policies and procedures to provide proper and effective service to all customers and agents, and fosters the development of long term business relationships.

Position is full time, $41,600K yearly. Sales incentives available.
