Cornell and Associates is looking for a new member of the team! We need a new Resident Manager at Town Centre, a 49 unit apartment complex in Woodinville. Job duties consist of both maintenance and administrative tasks. Some examples of job duties would be, but not limited to:
-Maintain in a clean and orderly condition all public areas both interior and exterior.
-Keep snow and ice off steps, walks and entries.
-Contact appropriate vendors to keep roof, drains and gutters clear and free of debris.
-Schedule with contractors, suppliers and maintenance people.
-Schedule and arrange access for all inspections and testing.
-Show and rent available apartments (both vacant and where notice to vacate
has been received). Inspect and insure that all vacant apartments are immediately prepared for occupancy.
-Serve all notices promptly and in accordance with the law.
-Respond to inquiries, requests and complaints from tenants and maintain positive public relations with tenants, owners and agents of Cornell & Associates, Inc.
This position is for an on site manager only, meaning you must live on site. Other active employment is ok, but this position must be treated as a priority. This is not a secondary job or position.
Organization and time management skills are a must for this position. Also, a positive and friendly attitude is needed as you will be working with tenants, vendors, contractors, property managers, and other members of the Cornell and Associates team.
