- Work-Life Balance: This part-time position offers flexibility, with approximately 10–20 hours per week. There are slow months where time expectations are in the low range and a busy leasing season where time expectations are on the high range.

- Professional Growth: Whether you're experienced or just getting started, we provide training and support in areas like tenant screening and fair housing compliance.

- Be Part of a Community: This role is perfect for someone who values building relationships and maintaining a well-managed, pride-of-ownership property plus a welcoming environment for residents and guests.

- Tenant Relations & Rent Collection: Foster positive relationships by providing excellent customer service and timely rent collection. Handle notices, coordinate unit inspections, and ensure units are ready for new residents.

- Building Oversight & Maintenance: Walk the property daily, tidying and doing light janitorial to make sure everything is clean and secure. Monitor vendor work, handle maintenance requests, and ensure a safe, well-maintained environment for all residents.

What You Need:

- Residency on-site is required.

- Availability during busy leasing season to conduct apartment tours (Some weekend availability is expected).

- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

- Prior leasing experience is a plus but not required – we're willing to train the right candidate, especially if you are personable and have sales experience.

- Commitment to compliance with all Federal, State, and Local housing regulations.

- A proactive and professional approach to communication and problem-solving.
