ABOUT THE JOB:
You'll help assist the management team with the overall operations at our 2 Everett Downtown Storage facilities.
We have an awesome staff and want to add another awesome person who is able to work as needed.
Hourly Rate of $20
Paid Time Off per Washington State Department of Labor & Industries
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Someone with a flexible schedule.
Someone able to work with short notice.
5 hours a week guaranteed, more depending on the need.
Availability needed: Mon-Sat 8:30-6:15 & Sun 12-5:15
as our office hours are Mon-Sat 9-6 & Sunday 12-5
Required Qualifications
SUPERIOR customer service and sales skills. Minimum 5 years’ experience.
VALID driver’s license AND current auto insurance.
MUST be 21 years old or older.
Ability to DRIVE & PARK U-HAUL moving trucks short distances.
COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE -Ability to learn somewhat complexed Storage Software.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Showing and renting storage units. Selling of retail product Renting of U-Haul trucks
Manage the facility: process payments, follow policies, entry access, lease paperwork, cleaning
of U-Haul & building areas, sweep/mop as needed and making phone calls all with a big smile!
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Physical Demands of the Job: The employee is regularly required to:
walk extended distances and climb stairs lift and/or move up to 30 pounds stand or sit for long periods
