We are seeking an Admin Assistant to Support the Operations Manager and support our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who excels at data management, scheduling, and implementing new systems to enhance efficiency. This is a full-time Monday – Friday in-person position. Our office is located in South Seattle.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain reports to track operational performance.
Assist with scheduling service technicians and optimizing routes.
Maintain and analyze hourly reports for workforce management.
Support the implementation of a new dispatching system to improve service coordination.
Assist with the set-up and transition to a new software system for enhanced
business operations.
Minor IT support to the department
Qualifications:
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and database management.
Experience with dispatching software or scheduling systems is a plus.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
