Hillside Roofing In Everett is looking for a office Assistant / Receptionist EARN UP TO $30 Per Hour DOE
Your Duties Will Include, Answering the Phones, Inputing Customer Information Into Our System, Seting Estimators Appointments, Doing the Paperwork Side of Estimates, Greeting and Show Customers Our Showroom, Ordering Materials, Setting up Projects, Sending Customers Daily Job Progress Pictures, Sending Out Thank You Letters and Marketing Mailers, Creating Estimate Packets and Sending Them in a Email and in the Mail, Keeping the Office Clean and Orginized, Supporting The Estimators, Assisting with Another Business that we Own, Doing Party and Event Planning and you will do the Shopping For the Crews Snack Cupboard and Fridge
