We are looking for a highly organized and detailed oriented individual to assist us in our jewelry production studio. This is a part time position on Tuesday & Thursday, approximately 15 -20 hours per week. This position will be required in-studio on Tuesday + Thursday, with flexibility to work from home if additional hours are needed. Compensation is between $22-25 / hr depending on experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Wholesale/Retail Order Support:
Input wholesale and retail orders into Project Management software (Monday).
Assist with wholesale shipment when orders are finalized.
Pack and ship website orders when in studio (Shopify)
Point of contact for swaps and repairs with wholesale clients.
Work with the owner to update our production management software with product information during collection creation. (Zedonk)
Work with owner to organize new collection to create skus
Update pricing and linesheets when needed (InDesign)
Update NuOrder when needed.
Update ATS when needed. (Excel)
Occasionally bring products to and from Capitol HIll store to Interbay studio.
Graphic/Image Support:
Upload photos and descriptions on the website. (Shopify)
Resize images to make web-ready (Photoshop)
Help organize product and shot list for photoshoots
General Studio Maintenance:
Help organize castings and supplies when needed
Organize samples and assist with press pulls.
