Busy personal injury law firm is seeking a hybrid paralegal who can do both pre-litigation and litigation tasks. Must have prior firm experience. Should have prior litigation experience with drafting complaints and answering discovery. Pre-lit tasks will vary from client intake, speaking with adjusters, and handling subrogation matters.
