Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with all aspects of case preparation and management
Conduct legal research and analysis on medical malpractice issues
Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence
Coordinate with medical experts, witnesses, and other parties involved in cases
Maintain organized case files and document management systems
Provide support during trial preparation and courtroom proceedings
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution
Prior experience in a legal environment, preferably in medical malpractice
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and legal research databases
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
