Are you an entry level attorney interested in pursuing a career in family law? Are you looking for a supportive work environment with growth opportunities? We are currently seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team and contribute to our firm's mission of providing exceptional family law representation in the Greater Seattle area.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in managing a diverse family law caseload, providing legal advice to clients in all areas of family law.
· Conduct legal research and analysis to support legal strategies, negotiations, and litigation.
· Draft legal documents, pleadings, contracts, letters, and other documents for internal and external audiences.
· Manage rapidly shifting priorities to meet deadlines.
· Attend client meetings, depositions, mediations, court hearings, and trials.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure timely case progression and client satisfaction.
· Provide exceptional client service.
· Tracking your time to ensure accurate billing methods.
Qualifications:
· Be Admitted to practice law in the state of Washington, or able to obtain licensure within 30 days of hire.
· Have no state bar disciplinary history in any jurisdiction.
· Have strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
· Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Demonstrate an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
