Private dental practice is looking for a highly motivated friendly individual who wants to be trained as my treatment coordinator. If you want to find a career in dentistry this is your opportunity. The candidate would be somebody who Starbuck, Nordstrom would hire and willing to train. High School diploma and some experience in Customer service, sales are needed. I am looking for a hard working, positive, willing to learn new skills, friendly, outgoing, kind good heart person. No Dental Experience needed.
Responsibilities includes
- Follow up on leads from advertisements to make appointments for consultations
- Follow up on New Patient Treatment Plan to schedule treatments
- Learn about Dentistry to answer patients' questions
- Learn how different financing partners' programs work to find financing resources for patients
- Maintaining clean, inviting, friendly environment for patients/customers

- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends
- Meet practice operating policies and standards
- Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication

My treatment coordinator will be trained in greeting patients, answering the phone, data entry and discuss financial agreement with my patients.
The position is for 20 hours per week. Pay starts from $18.00 or up depending on individual ability
