Experienced Oyster Shucker

Chelsea Farms Oyster Bar is seeking and experienced Oyster Shucker to join our raw bar team. This position requires speed, precision, and an obsession with shucking the perfect oyster. Other duties will include preparing raw bar menu items: ceviche, crudo, sashimi, poke and tartare, as well as processing live crab and lobster. Safe shellfish handling skills an absolute must. This is a fast-paced but very fun position here at the restaurant. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent customer service skills as there will be interaction with guests seated at the raw bar.
