POSITION: We're currently looking to add a Deli Counter Line Prep Cook / Server - Daytime Shifts: Thursday to Sunday - 10am to 7pm.
We encourage applicants with backgrounds in prepping, line cooking, barista work, and serving to apply. While prior restaurant experience is helpful, it's not necessary. We're happy to train individuals with a quick positive attitudes. Our menu is straightforward, and we don't use any fryers, flat grills, or stove burners. We basically make cold sandwiches and cook them like a pizza.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Your main responsibilities will include making sandwiches, handling customer transactions, passing out food and drinks, managing online delivery orders, and operating a simple Square POS system. You'll also pitch in to maintain kitchen cleanliness and assisting with basic food prep. We operate as a close-knit team, helping each other out where needed
WORK SCHEDULE: We have available full and part time positions. All shifts are 10am - 7pm Thursday to Sunday. We are closed every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and all major holidays. Full-time employees work around 34 to 38 hours per week. We are firm believers in the Four-Day work week for our staff and family members.
PAY RATE: $22 to $26/hr - ($18.50 hr plus tips.) We also offer free shift meals, shift beers, guaranteed breaks, PTO, and a free parking pass.
