Cafe Hitchcock, led by James Beard-nominated Chef Brendan McGill (Hitchcock, Cafe Hitchcock , Bruciato, Seabird, Hitchcock Bakeshop, Oyster Cellar) is looking for qualified service team members with an interest in local, hand-crafted food and drink.
Our restaurant group is dedicated to creating an outstanding dining experience from food to service and everything in between. We are currently searching for someone who holds the same high standards we do:
All candidates must:
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Have or be able to obtain a WA State Food Handler card
- Have or be able to obtain a WA MAST Alcohol Server card
- Professional, responsible, dependable, always on time
- A strong team player who is willing to create an unforgettable experience
- Self-motivated, organized, and work well in a busy, high-volume environment
- Have knowledge of wine, spirits, and food and having experience bartending is not required but a plus.
Please be neat, clean, organized and able to work 8-10 hours standing. Applicants must be a good team player and take direction well. Our kitchen is in full view of the public and requires some interaction with customers.
We are located on Winslow Way, "downtown" Bainbridge. We're an easy walk on/off the ferry and invite applicants from Seattle and Bainbridge alike. Please respond to this posting with your resume.
