Job Description:Role Summary/Purpose:This role will focus on technical product delivery management for Synchrony Marketplace APIs and corporate channel digital tools by working with a team of Product Managers and business function teams across the organization to deliver on business goals. This role will develop and drive the delivery of multi-channel API integrations for pre and post authentication, consumer and business facing Synchrony channels.We're proud to offer you choice and flexibility. You may be occasionally requested to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture events.Essential Responsibilities:
Develop, manage and drive the Marketplace API roadmap based on marketplace and corporate channels product management needs, technology/back-end automation and efficiencies, and cross-functional stakeholder AO requests
Own the overall delivery of technical aspects of digital channel projects and tools development, including but not limited to, business listings, data management, AI enabled search tools, streamlining of customer journey and future innovation initiatives
Work with Adtech, Martech and IT teams to define the business architecture and build end to end solutions that deliver on consumer personalization and business ad decisioning goals
Partner with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to manage and prioritize the flow of work, including coordination with multiple development teams and trains using Scaled Agile methodology
Participate in the Agile Program Increment (PI) planning to define features, provide detailed requirements, plan releases and quality assurance testing
Lead multi-channel API integration for pre and post login environments of multiple corporate channels to deliver targeted marketing and servicing messages that enhance the customer experience and deliver on strategic initiative goals
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or, in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma/GED and 9+ years of digital marketing experience within the financial services or credit card industry.
5+ years of digital marketing and technology experience that includes experience developing and executing digital features, data integration and Web and App technology platforms
5+ years of project management experience, including proficiency in agile (preferred) or similar methodology.

Grade/Level: 12The salary range for this position is 110,000.00 - 185,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles.
