This role will support the following 3 workstream that contribute to key strategies for 2025.
In 2025, we will be expanding CIVs volunteer portfolio to more intentionally includes skills-based volunteering programs. This role will lead the implementation planning and pilot programming of 1-2 skills-based volunteering products.
We will be executing three global volunteer campaigns in 2025, including Global Month of Volunteering in May. This role will lead the campaign strategy and work closely with the CIV regional team to identify and create tools/resources to support their execution.
CIV is planning on launch a number of new volunteer products. Currently, the go-to-market execution (e.g. conducting training with the regional PMs, drafting communications to end customers, localizing communications) is split across the team and we have received feedback on how it is not consistent. We plan to centralize this work to simplify and automate as much as possible. This role will lead the go-to-market execution and evaluate the effectiveness of/iterate our newly designed processes.
