DescriptionThe Seller Strategic Communications team is looking for a Sr. PM to support mainstage content development for the Amazon Accelerate seller confidence as part of our broader mission to improve Selling Partner experience by continually raising the bar for communications quality. As a Sr. program manager in the Seller Communications team, you will build and execute a program roadmap focused on script development for our keynote General Sessions, using inputs from business stakeholders, best practices in go-to-market strategy, and our broader messaging frameworks on how our products and services help sellers be successful on Amazon. You will work in a highly cross-functional organization and will be responsible for ensuring we have the content development and review processes in place to deliver a best-in-class event experience for both sellers and business stakeholders.The ideal candidate has expertise in driving content production workstreams in highly matrixed organizations with competing priorities and tight deadlines. The candidate must be comfortable diving into data related to seller experience, developing and maintaining workback timelines encompassing multiple workstreams, and holding internal teams accountable to communications quality standards and deadlines.Key job responsibilities Lead end-to-end scripting project management for Accelerate mainstage content, including detailed workback schedules for all content development workstreams Establish clear processes for content reviews, approvals, and stakeholder sign-off; Track dependencies across multiple teams, proactively identify/resolve bottlenecks, and maintain regular status reports with clearly defined escalation criteria Build strong partnerships with business teams, product managers, and executive stakeholders to gather content inputs and secure timely reviews Support PR/external comms development workstreams to maintain consistent messaging between mainstage content and other channels Implement quality control to ensure scripts meet communication and support post-event analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth translation of scripts to stageAbout the teamThe Selling Partner Communities organization (Communities) builds lasting connections with, and drives the success of our Selling Partners (SPs).Our products, such as news and forums, are currently used by millions of Selling Partners worldwide to engage with Amazon and foster an active and inclusive community and information exchange among SPs. These products also provide valuable insights into Selling Partner sentiment and issues.Basic Qualifications
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
Experience with communications platforms and content management

The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
