Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Lead to be based in Seattle, Washington. The role involves managing various aspects of accounts receivable processes including cash application and collections. This position is key to ensuring the smooth running of our client's financial operations and requires someone with a strong understanding of accounting software systems and ERP solutions.Responsibilities: Supervise and participate in all aspects of order-to-cash processes, including billing, cash activity, and collection processes. Utilize various accounting software systems like Dynamics, NetSuite, and other ERP systems for accounts receivable and collection activities. Prioritize work and manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure deadlines are met and maintained. Oversee the maintenance of accurate financial records and customer credit applications. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth flow of financial information throughout the company. Assist in the training and development of collections specialists. Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to credit. Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.Requirements Must have a minimum of 3 years of AR experience Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must. Familiarity with Billing Functions is required. Experience in managing Cash Activity is needed.
