Accounts Payable Specialist

Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist based in Seattle, Washington. The role involves processing invoices and expense reports, reviewing data entries, and ensuring proper coding and approvals of invoices. This is a short term contract employment opportunity, requiring proficiency in an array of accounting software systems and excellent data entry skills.Responsibilities: Process invoices and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner Use AI tools to assist with data entry tasks, ensuring information is correctly captured and reviewed Apply correct coding to invoices and gain necessary approvals before uploading them into the system Handle expense reporting Monitor and process approximately 50-60 invoices/expense reports per day Resolve any discrepancies in data entry or invoice processing.Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required Ability to use Microsoft Excel effectively Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary Proficiency in Check Processing is required Data Entry skills are essential Ability to identify and resolve Discrepancies is necessaryRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
