With ample parking, it is two stories and 40 units. We’re looking for our next Front Desk Manager who has excellent people management skills, has a strong work ethic, and is a thoughtful problem solver.

Responsibilities:
Greet and register quests.
Inspect the grounds, public areas, and guest rooms for appearance and cleanliness.
Ensure company standards for housekeeping, decor, and guest services are met.
Answer guest questions about services and policies.
Respond to guest emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
Monitor staff performance, ensuring operations are running smoothly and guests are happy.
Coordinate front-office and back-office activities and resolve any problems.
Carries out, within capability, all reasonable requests by management.
Requirements and qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required; two to four year college degree is a plus.
Previous hospitality experience is a plus.
Strong backbone; must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
Team player who is able to collaborate and effectively work with others in the workplace.
Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English; other languages are a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of all motel operating procedures.
Ability to notice inefficiencies and suggest and collaborate on adopting innovative solutions.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Must have a valid driver's license.
