TSG is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee and manage janitorial services at the Seattle VA Medical Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of 30 employees, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained across the facility. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for the customer and will be responsible for maintaining excellent communication.
This is a leadership position requiring a strong commitment to operational excellence, teamwork, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 30 janitorial staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to hospital cleanliness standards.
Serve as the primary point-of-contact with for all janitorial-related matters appropriately addressing and resolving all matters
Monitor compliance with hospital policies, safety regulations, and cleaning protocols. Prepare and submit required reports, ensuring documentation is accurate and timely.
Qualifications:
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
o Minimum of 4 years in janitorial or facilities management
o Previous experience managing a minimum of 20 people in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Skills:
o Strong leadership skills
o Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
o Strong knowledge of hospital sanitation, infection control, and safety standards.
o Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
o Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and move around the hospital for extended periods.
Occasional lifting of cleaning equipment and supplies up to 50 lbs.
