Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Mid-Level Manufacturing Operations Analysts to support the Digital Production System team primarily in Renton WA . This position will require occasional travel to Everett and the ability to support any shift as required by the needs of the business.This is an opportunity to become a key member of a team responsible for transforming Boeing Commercial Airplane’s current production systems with digital technologies and process improvement. We are passionate about cultivating the intersection of technology and business process to improve quality, safety, and flow within our factories.Position Responsibilities:

Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.

Analyzes and interprets data.

Provides feedback on assessment results.

Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using

Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes.

Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.

Works under general direction.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite the listed location options.This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience in the aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment.

3+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment and/or business unit teams.

Willing and able to travel up to 25% domestically (this role is based in Renton, but will require weekly travel to Everett).

Willing and able to work any shift (this role is primarily for first shift, but may occasionally require you to support other shifts as required by the needs of the business).

Strong presentation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

3+ years of experience in the Digital Transformation Environment (DTE).

1+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or Boeing Production System (BPS).

Experience with data analytics.

Experience with Project Management.

Experience implementing lean principles.

Typical Education/Experience:Education / Experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
