Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Procurement Agent / Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 4) to join our 737 Field Fulfillment – Seattle Delivery Center, Renton Preflight and Moses Lake team in Renton, Washington.This is an exciting opportunity to work in a combination Procurement Agent/Supply Chain Management Analyst (PA/SCMA) role for our 737 Preflight, Storage and Delivery Fulfillment teams. This role will include emergent part orders for both SFE (Supplier Furnished Equipment) and BFE/SPE (Buyer Furnished Equipment / Supplier Purchased Equipment) parts, safety stock analysis, demand planning and RFA (Request for Action) execution. Some weekend work required.Position Responsibilities:

Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.

Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions.

Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements.

Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions.

Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues.

Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities.

Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management

5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays if required

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree

8+ years of experience in Program or Project Management

10+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans

10+ years of experience working in Procurement and/or Contract Administration roles

Typical Education/Experience:Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
