Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is hiring First-Line Functional Test Manufacturing Managers (Level K) to support the 767 team based out of Everett, Washington on variable shift.A successful manager in this role will have strong interpersonal and coaching skills that will further enable our business unit to achieve team and program goals while upholding a work environment that promotes safety, quality, accountability, trust and teamwork.Position Responsibilities:

Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing subject areas.

Develops and implements business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.

Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, peers, partners and direct reports.

Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

Leads, develops and motivates employees.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment.

1+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role.

1+ years of experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplace.

Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

1+ years of experience mentoring, coaching, guiding and leading team.

1+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or One Boeing Production System (One BPS).

1+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and all levels of leadership.
