Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking First-Line Products & Services Quality Managers (Level K) to join the 777 Quality team in Everett, WA.This leader will be a reliable and proficient professional who possesses the ability to work well with diverse groups and collaborate across organizational boundaries. They can efficiently implement solutions in an ever-evolving environment by relying on problem-solving, data, and analysis to drive decisions. Transformational leadership skills are vital to form team engagement and lead quality team members in implementing key initiatives including One Boeing Production System, Defect Reduction, and Lean Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will exhibit resilience and tenacity in implementing improvements in an established and regulated production and quality system.Position Responsibilities

Manages employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures and government regulations.

Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve performance.

Provides education and coaching on the Quality System.

May make airworthiness determinations on behalf of the company and regulatory agencies.

Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements.

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports.

Manages, develops and motivates employees.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite.The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

3 + years of experience in Quality Management System (QMS)

3+ years of formal or informal leadership experience in a manufacturing/production environment.

Must have experience using Systematic Problem Solving.

Must have continuous improvement experience.

Must be able to work any shift based on the needs of the operation.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

Experience in Root Cause Analysis

Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Bachelor’s Degree
