Annie's Doodles has served Washington residents for 17 years. As a leader in premium dog-breeding and care we are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team. You should have previous Administrative experience and be looking for a part - time, flexible schedule. Please include your resume below. Please Note this job is about 80% administrative and 20% hands-on with the pups!

As the Business Administrative Assistant you will work with Annie to communicate with customers, maintain multiple schedules and calendars, place and fulfill orders and manage social media platforms.

The Ideal Candidate:

- High Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft 365 (especially Word and Outlook), Google Suit (Docs and Gmail)

- Comfortable with managing Social Platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, including helping with content shooting.

- Basic understanding of webpage design (Weebly/Square) or willingness to learn.

- Enjoy and competent in handling puppies and dogs up to 40 lbs.

-Able to step over knee high gates

- Able to lift and carry loads up to 60lbs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week

High school or equivalent
