The Administrative Specialist position includes responsibilities of meeting with customers to determine their design choices, provide estimates for their project and manages the project until competition. Duties may include but are not limited to: answering the phones, meeting with walk-in customers, scheduling, stone inventory, stone ordering and maintaining showroom cleanliness. On the job training for estimating and stone industry knowledge is included upon hiring.

Work well in a team setting
Have excellent computer skills and efficiency - including knowledge of Outlook, internet, basic Excel etc. Industry specific applications will have on the job training.
