We are hiring for an AP coordinator!
This is a great full-time position with our organization here in Bellingham
Responsibilities:
Accurate and timely processing of invoices and credits
Verifying receiving documents, approvals, and proper GL coding
Select invoices for payment and prepare checks for signing
Mailing vendor payments
Reconciling vendor statements
Maintaining vendor files and positive vendor relations
Credit card transaction posting and reconciliation
Record inventory adjustments
Provide administrative support as needed
Answering the phone and door
Sorting mail
Maintaining office equipment and supplies
Assist HR with employee time tracking and adjustments
Assist with recruitment and onboarding efforts
Review health insurance billing
Skills:
Strong organizational skills with great attention to accuracy and detail
Ability to meet deadlines
Exceptional computer skills including Google Suite, QuickBooks, Excel
Strong mathematical and accounting aptitude
Qualifications:
1-3 years of accounts payable experience
Experience with automated accounting system
High school diploma or equivalent required
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
