A Maintenance Support Technician is responsible for supporting all of the business’s maintenance activities. Strong candidates will bring a full range of knowledge (including but not limited to) general apartment repair, handyperson skills, basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywalling, and HVAC. The Maintenance personnel will perform tasks assigned by the maintenance coordinator and authorized by the company. This position will be responsible for the timely and professional completion of tasks to the standards of the Real Property Management Sterling organization.
Real Property Management Sterling manages over 300 residential units. The Maintenance Support Technician will help us maintain these properties. We are seeking a motivated technician to join our team. Duties include: Completing daily work orders, unit turnovers, preventative maintenance and preparing buildings for City inspections.
