Directs day to day shift activities of assigned personnel ensuring all regulatory requirements are met and serves in the roles of Security Lead during Emergency Plan or Security Contingency Events. Reinforces expectations with frontline employees, coaches when appropriate, and models desired behaviors and performance.EDUCATION High School Diploma or equivalentEXPERIENCE 2 years in, or combination of, regulated law enforcement or security position that includes sworn local, state, or federal law enforcement, commercial nuclear power security, or U.S. Military Services Military Police or Security Forces career fields.
