Responsibilities:
Prior experience in this role, in multifamily is required.
Collects rent from residents
Providing exemplary level of customer service
Contacts delinquent residents or sends late notices and eviction notices
Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, and computer
May oversee the work of leasing and other office personnel
Must be available to work on weekends
Must be Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Willing to train if has sales experience
