Small industrial supply company located in Houston is looking for an inside sales assistant, full time.
Roles and Responsibilities Include:
-Assisting Office Manager/ Inside Sales Manager with day to day tasks.
-Supporting and processing Outside Sales and Service Representatives with estimates, quoting, purchase orders, deliveries, and shipping.
-Maintain consistent paperwork trail in QuickBooks Desktop system.
-Ability to handle stressful working environments where you will get pulled from one order to complete others; need ability to return to orders for completion.
-Assist in warehouse and shop with coating pigs (we will train), boxing and palletizing orders as needed, managing incoming vendor delivers, and other manual labor tasks as assigned.
-Will train.

Of note, this is an in-office position and you are required to report to the office during your assigned working hours. Full Time hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
