Action Wrecker Service Inc., a towing company based in Midland, TX, is now hiring an office assistant to work in our Magnolia, Texas office. The ideal candidate will have experience in Word, Excel, Mac applications, & Quickbooks as well as a pleasant telephone demeanor and speaking voice. Proper use of grammar and spelling for correspondence is a must. Employee must be reliable, friendly and have a stable work history.
This position will assist the owner of our company on various duties including but not limited to:
Quickbooks data entry, spreadsheets, correspondence, customer service / dispatching, research & employee relations.
Starting pay is $16/hr and includes full benefits as well, including BCBS health insurance starting at $30/ paycheck, 100% company paid life insurance policy, 401k with yearly match, dental available, 1 week paid vacation after 1 year of service, 1 week paid sick time per year & 5 paid holidays.
