Apartment Services Group is seeking an experienced and professional Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in both English and Spanish and possess strong organizational, communication, and management skills. This is a full-time, in-person position with opportunities for commission-based earnings on successful sales.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage time, appointments, and schedules for the executive team.
Hire, train, and oversee staff, managing day-to-day operations.
Handle client relations, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction.
Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok).
Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for daily tasks and reporting.
Ensure smooth coordination of various projects.
Prior experience in the construction or multifamily apartment industry is a plus.
Oversee the management of 50+ employees and ensure efficient workflow.
Requirements:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong management and leadership skills with the ability to manage a large team.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
Knowledge of the construction and multifamily apartment industry is a plus.
Job Details:
Hourly Wage: $17 - $20 (based on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (additional hours on Saturdays may be required with prior notice)
Commission: Available for successful sales.
