We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant with experience in logistics or freight forwarding for a full-time, on-site role (Located by the NRG Stadium), available 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily schedules, office communications, and documentation organization.
Support logistics operations through shipment tracking, accurate data entry, and vendor/client coordination.
Handle billing, prepare reports, assist with customer service, and ensure office efficiency.
Qualifications:
Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related field.
Strong communication skills; bilingual a plus.
Customer service-oriented with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
Must be available to start soon.
