Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operational activities and ensuring the efficient management of office functions. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a professional work environment. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing various tasks that uphold the effectiveness of our office, including Scanning, Filing, and Maintaining Records. Furthermore, this role provides the opportunity to engage with various departments, contributing to numerous projects and helping to streamline processes. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively while managing a variety of administrative duties that directly support our organizational goals. Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.

Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation as needed.

Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for management.

Coordinate office activities and events, including scheduling and logistics planning.

Support project management by tracking deadlines and deliverables across the team.

Requirements

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Proficiency in handling confidential information with discretion.

High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
