Administrative Assistant – Northwest Houston
A fabrication company, located in Northwest Houston, is looking to add a professional and experienced Admin to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a great attitude, coachable and willing to be trained, and reliable.
Requirements:
Previous Administrative/Clerical experience
Strong computer skills
Experience working in Sage 100 is preferred
Microsoft Office Suites experience (mainly Excel and Outlook)
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to speak in a professional manner to customers, vendors, and senior management.
Quick-thinking, problem solver, organized and detail-oriented
Must be willing to train and be coachable
Must be willing to take on a variety of assignments as assigned by management on an as-needed basis within the department
Must be able to pass a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
Work hours are 7:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday.
Pay rate is $15-$18/hr., DOE
