Role Summary
Responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing paid social campaigns to profitably grow sales of the PatscoPatch(DIY windshield repair patch) on Amazon, Walmart, and DTC. Own budgets, targeting, creatives, and reporting across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube/Google.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube/Google) for acquisition and retargeting.
Use Amazon Attribution links for all Amazon-bound traffic; validate tracking and UTMs in GA4.
Develop testing matrices (hooks, thumbnails, captions, CTAs); rotate new UGC and short-form video.
Manage daily budgets and pacing; hit CPA/ROAS/ACoS targets.
Produce weekly performance reports with clear insights and next steps.
Collaborate with the Amazon PPC and creative teams on promos, reviews, and launch calendars.
Required Qualifications
2–4+ years hands-on paid social (Meta + one of TikTok or YouTube required).
Proven ownership of $10k+/mo budgets with measurable ROAS/CPA outcomes.
Strong tracking skills: pixels, events, UTMs, GA4, and Amazon Attribution.
Comfortable building audiences (prospecting, lookalikes) and retargeting flows.
Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; basic creative briefing skills.
Nice to Have
UGC workflow experience; light editing (Reels/Shorts/TikTok).
Knowledge of Amazon Ads (SP/SB/SD) and Helium 10/Brand Analytics.
Core KPIs
ROAS and CPA against target (by platform and funnel stage).
CTR, CPC, CVR, frequency, and spend efficiency.
View-through and click-through conversions (GA4 + Amazon Attribution).
Contribution to Amazon sales velocity during promos.
90-Day Plan
0–30 days: Audit accounts, fix tracking, launch baseline campaigns and the first creative test matrix.
31–60 days: Scale winners, refresh audiences, cut CPA by 10–15% from baseline.
61–90 days: Maintain profitable scale; deliver a blended ROAS target (set with leadership) while expanding winning creatives.
Compensation & Schedule
Competitive base salary + performance bonus; PTO and standard benefits.
